  1. Price

We provide net prices in Vietnamese Dong without any commission. The cost of our tours and other services is quoted per person. Individual tourists who want to book a single accommodation on a trip must pay a single supplement (please submit your special request via the booking form or email).

  1. Reservation and Confirmation

All reservations must be made in writing and sent to the addresses shown on our official website.

All inquiries for reservations will be processed and responded to within 24 hours. If we are unable to fulfill your requests before the deadline, we will let you know.

  1. Payment & Deposit

Within three days of receiving confirmation of your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 20% of the tour price. For some services or at specific busy times, additional deposits are needed. When we process your booking, we will inform you of this. Three days before departure, the remaining balance of the package tour price must be paid.

If a reservation is made and confirmed with less than three days to go, full payment is required before the reservation may be finalized.

  1. Amendment.

If you decide to change your reservation, there won’t be a fee as long as the change is made before the cancellation date (please see cancellation policy). The cost of the tour could vary when a modification is made, and the new price will take effect.

  1. Cancellation by travelers

There are cancellation fees if you decide to cancel all or a portion of your reservation. A cancellation will only take effect if we receive written notification of it. If you cancel a trip:

– Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival: Free

– Cancellations made between 15 and 3 days before arrival: 25%

– Late cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100%

  1. Cancellation by us

If it becomes impossible for us to operate the planned itinerary due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events, we may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure. If we need to cancel your trip, you can transfer your payments to a different departure date or get a full refund. As a result of your booking, we are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, including but not limited to visas, vaccines, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights.

  1. Responsibility & Liability

Any loss of property or additional costs incurred by customers as a result of unforeseeable disasters like an earthquake, flood, typhoon, fire, illness, bad weather, etc. or government or other authority actions like war, strikes, political unrest, riots, quarantines, customs regulations, delays, or changes in itineraries or schedules by those outside of our control are not our responsibility.

Additionally, we won’t be held accountable for any harm, loss, demise, delay, or destruction of private property not caused by our services, such an aircraft delay. The price you paid us for the requested services will be the extent of our maximum obligation in any circumstance.

If guests deviate from our scheduled tour route or group, we won’t be held liable for their expenses, damage, death, or physical harm.

  1. Your details

You must submit all necessary information together with the remaining balance of the trip cost in order for us to confirm your travel plans. The necessary information includes your entire name as it appears on your passport, your date of birth, your nationality, your passport number, the dates that your passport was issued and when it expires, as well as any existing medical issues that would prevent you from making your travel plans. Additionally, if you are 70 years of age or older, you must fill out and send a Self-Assessment form. Without the submission of this information, your reservation cannot be verified.

We guarantee that any personal information you give us during the booking process will never be used for anything other than travel-related services for your trip to one of our destinations.

  1. Travel Insurance

Before participating in any of our trips, we firmly advise all travelers to purchase travel and health insurance. Our tour price does not include insurance.

You must have personal accident, death, medical expense, and emergency repatriation coverage as part of your travel insurance. Additionally, we strongly advise that it includes coverage for cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, and loss of luggage and other belongings.

  1. Visas and passports

You must travel with a current passport and have all necessary visas, permits, and certificates for the nations you will be visiting. Your passport needs to be valid for at least another six months after your intended travel. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the appropriate visas, permits, and certificates for your trip; for more information, please see the Trip Notes. If you are denied entrance into a country because you don’t have the proper passport, visa, or other travel documents, we are not responsible.
